jlcc, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of jlcc services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or your use of jlcc services, you agree to first attempt resolution through our internal complaints procedure by contacting customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, you agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.
